Painting
on quilts is the new trend, don’t let it pass you by! We will
learn the technique of painting on a quilt. This fun class begins
with “Breaking-Out” a quilt from the closet that you haven’t
used in a long time. Instruction will teach the technique of painting
on a quilted surface, preparing an image to paint, transferring the
image to the quilt and painting it, resulting in the creation a new
quilt as a trendy piece of Art.

PAINT: Lumiere, Liquitex soft body, Jacguard, FolkArt Artists' Pigment.
All of these paints work and I use them all. I like the look of adding
painting with flat texture of the Liquitex and Artists' pigments then
highlighting with the Lumiere and Jaguard, these are all acrylic paints
and compatable.
